@O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely.

I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.

Seller sends item, tracking proves it’s been collected, “buyer” then waits a while, then decides to say the item received was not what he paid for ….

That’s fraudulent behaviour from a scammer

@vinted Why do you guys have nothing in place to protect the seller from fraudulent claims from “buyers” ? … They can lie and say didn’t receive item and you simply believe them ? … How is that right or fair ?
