The issue is information. We were told that the lifts were undergoing works that would be completed by the 14th.
The information disappeared from the 14th but the lifts remained out of service and inaccessible.

Communication is a major problem.

Really poor communication this morning, alterations not announced, people getting on the wrong trains ect.

Do better, staff at Connolly not nice to deal with, it's a strange arrogance that comes with their level of incompetence.

@IrishRail Booked on the Dublin - Westport 8am service on Sunday 27th September. I understand there is a bus service for some of the journey. I presume departure time is still the same?
