@EGYPTAIR My family’s 2 bags didn't arrive in DME on 29 Aug 2026, MS-729 Cairo to Moscow-DME. Nearly 100 bags on the same flight were mishandled. PIR filed at DME (ref: PIR# DMEMS12383, name Paytorova). We’ve emailed [email protected] but have no update. Please escalate.
