@ThaiAirways you shouldn't have started the boarding while your flight is not ready. It is really painful to wait at airobridge (no seat, no wash room)

Travelling on Thaiairways TG314 on 16th. Boarding started one and half hours late. Now we are waiting at airobridge for last 30 minutes. I have connecting flight as well.

Very poor service and issue resolution from Make My Trip

@makemytrip Very poor experience on my airport cab booking ( 9 PM: Kolkata Airport). Driver did not pick up my calls. Your customer care needed another 25 minutes to arrange alternate cab. I will think twice before I take service from you in future.

@makemytrip Not okay with the resolution you provided to me (Rs 100 as compensation) as
1. Wasted 45 minutes
2. Trouble to get alternate arrangements
3. Paid premium charges
3. Had unsafe travel at night
