Ralph Mupita is an engineer, and Strive Masiyiwa is also an engineer. If Zimbabwe were to move away from the dominance of Chartered Accountants and lawyers in executive management and boardrooms, we might see less ongoing capital being channelled into low-risk property development. With more engineers and other technically oriented professionals in leadership, there could be a stronger appetite for productive risk-taking, innovation, and enterprise.
Such a shift in leadership culture could encourage corporate entrepreneurship and help redirect investment toward industrial development, potentially supporting Zimbabwe’s path back to re-industrialisation. Leadership is much more about scanning the environment, sense-making, and taking that daring risk for a sweet ripe fruit on a hanging tree branch. CAs and lawyers are picking up fruits on the ground that have already fallen from a tree.
Industry and Commerce Ministry is a huge late down to this country.
If l were to be prescriptive, I would highly recommend this training. The Dairy Industry in Zimbabwe offers stability and consistency (Marketwise) to farmers or those intending to venture in this specialized area. The upcoming Dairy school with a hands on approach at one of the best dairy farms in Zimbabwe coupled with mentorship from experienced facilitators local and international must never be missed. Kenya had done a wonderful job in making this industry viable right from village level something we can also do with ease.

A moment written into MWOS FC history. 💙⚽️
Our debut season in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League marked our first-ever league match at the newly refurbished MWOS Ngoni Stadium — a historic clash against Dynamos FC.
On that day, Claude Mapoka etched his name into the record books by scoring the first-ever MWOS FC league goal at MWOS Ngoni Stadium.
Relive the moment.

Hey, fam.
Let me step into the group chat with a small favour, eksé. I don’t ask for these often so allow me this one ,and brace for the proud father moment 😂😂😂
My daughter and son-in-law have launched something beautiful called The Box Minis ,a different kind of photography experience. Proper professional shoots done inside these clean, modern white “box frames” that they turn into a 9-box collage.
It’s fun, it’s creative, the kids absolutely love it, and the final product looks like something you’d proudly place on the family mantle or gift to the grandparents.
And it’s not just for the little ones… families, parents, couples ,everyone fits in the box (literally 😅).
Right now they’re running Christmas Mini Sessions ,30 to 40 minutes, up to 2 outfit changes, a professionally edited 9-box collage plus 15+ single edited images. Up to 4 people, $120. Quick delivery too.
They’re based in Mount Pleasant, but they can also come to you, your kindergarten, your events ,wherever you want these memories captured.
📌 Please show some love: Repost, follow, share ,all of that good stuff. Facebook: The Box Minis (link in my comments) Contact: Gaz on : +263772979459.
Support the kids’ hustle, fam. These are memories worth keeping. ❤️📸
