@Roger_William26 @DC_Police Roger you say 'Come out to Play', I would argue it was to 'Learn' but have to say I do enjoy trying to still help out when I can and sneak a break from the Computer😀

[Devon & Cornwall Police @DC_Police]

Devon & Cornwall Police are joining police forces across the country to celebrate #ResponsePolicingWeekDCP. This week of action aims to recognise & celebrate the hard work, dedication & bravery of all response officers - read more here > https://t.co/RWIcdezCJv

[National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC) @PoliceChiefs]

We're shining a light on a vitally important part of policing this #ResponsePolicingWeek. Response officers have to be prepared to deal with a range of complex and sometimes confrontational incidents. It is so important we recognise their work: https://t.co/Q4Za6R0Q1p

[Ian Drummond-Smith @ACC_IanDS]

Our patrol/response colleagues are the backbone of UK policing

Things aren’t perfect I know

But we’ve put in a lot of effort to give them better kit. Including 4x4s & better patrol cars

In fact, many new cars delivered this month now being fitted out!

@AsectionSgt Thank you to all the officers and staff digging deep again in Plymouth. Very busy, so thanks for staying on to offer the best possible service we can to the visitors, business owners, workers and residents of our fine city.

@PlymPC Thank you to all the officers and staff digging deep again in Plymouth. Very busy, but I/we need to find a way to ensure you get a break and we look after your emotional well-being. So apologies, but thanks.

Response Policing Week starts from Monday. A chance to recognise the front line 24/7 - 365 protecting our communities often at significant personal sacrifice.

[Police Federation of England and Wales @PFEW_HQ]

With Response Policing Week starting on 26 June we asked a serving response officer to talk about his 23 years in policing, specifically his 11 years as a response officer, a role and challenge he thoroughly enjoys. #ResponsePolicingWeek

@PDavies_part2 Don't come back. It's all doom and gloom here!! 🤣😉

[Supt Brent Ireland @Supt_B_Ireland]

@PCSO30747 @mattlongman @DC_Police Have to say that was brave in front of lorry and Scaffolders. Very professional @ScafftecL 👏

[Supt Brent Ireland @Supt_B_Ireland]

So well deserved. Congratulations Sam!!

[DCPolfed @DCPolfed]

Many congratulations to our Police Federation Representative colleague Sam Samuel - awarded The King’s Police Medal in the King’s Birthday Honours list. https://t.co/Gygts3fOHD

[Supt Brent Ireland @Supt_B_Ireland]

@MrNickKnowles any chance of DM please?

[Supt Brent Ireland @Supt_B_Ireland]

@copwellbeing I think a light weight alternative would cover this. Do not think shorts is the way forward but would support a standardised national baseball style head gear. More practical and cooler. Needs a discussion you are right.

[Supt Brent Ireland @Supt_B_Ireland]

@PDavies_part2 Looks great Paul. Can you DM me where exactly?

[Hits Radio Cornwall News @HitsCornwall]

@DC_Police are urging people in #Bodmin to contact police if they have any information - after a man has died and at least seven others injured in an attack outside a nightclub

Here’s Superintendent Rob Youngman…

[Supt Brent Ireland @Supt_B_Ireland]

@TInspGregB @Argyle Hopefully not working it Greg!! 😬 I agree how the club is firmly a huge part of Plymouth communities.

[Supt Brent Ireland @Supt_B_Ireland]

@lindSAYhanNAH3 @LondonMarathon Congratulations on your effort and well done on this fantastic achievement 👏
