Hello @upstox I'm not able to login into back office for past 15 days. I raised many tickets and re-opened many tickets. The options given your team is not worked. I'm telling your team that nothing worked and please calls me and give live support and fix. They are not doing it.

@upstox again and again they are asking screenshot and giving same process which is not working for me. If I use wrong password it's throwing error that user code or password not matching. If I use correct password, it's throwing user not registered with us error.
