Hi @_groww really upset with your customer service. Giving me lame excuses for initiating my pledge request . It has bee more than 7 days now. I tried calling and chatting but u have filled with AI bots which are useless repeating same questions. Nor calling helps. Can u help?
No support from seniors either. Feels like HDFC Bank has too much business now, so customers don’t matter anymore. They act as if they’re bigger than customers, doing a favor by offering OD while charging random fees. Shocking attitude! @HDFCBank_Cares

Horrible experience with HDFC Bank LAS! Had a ₹3.5L OD MFs, wanted to enhance it by pledging shares. RM took ₹633, later charged ₹590+GST, but after a MONTH, shares still not pledged! No follow-ups, no urgency—just arrogance. Worst customer service! @HDFCBank_Cares

@HDFCSKY is it so difficult to open an trading and Dmart account with HDFC sky. It has been more than 1 month but still no luck with this new account. I have been chasing with support ticket and calling your call centre. But still u r helpless to figure out any solution.
