@CeXSupport @Cex I have tweeted, used insta and tried to call locally and centrally. I have a friend who can collect and will be in the right place on Fri. I paid yesterday. None of this seems to be leading me to my phone!! :(

@Cex I was really trying to buy second hand but this system isnt very supportive!! I can't even call centrally as it signposts to your website or here for urgency. I'm only saving about £40 buying from you. Please help? I didn't want to buy new but do need a solution!

@Cex A friend can collect as a favour but you only accept physical copies of ID. If I was close enough to give him my ID I'd collect myself! Please can you help me find a solution? I'm going round in circles :( 2/2
