Zoho के फाउंडर श्रीधर वेंबू ने Microsoft को चुनौती देते हुए कहा है, कि Zoho Microsoft से बेहतर experience देता है.

यह अतिश्योक्ति नहीं है.... या बड़बोलापन भी नहीं है. Zoho ने समय लिया और एक के बाद एक अच्छे products बनाये हैं... जो अच्छी quality के भी हैं.

कुछ लोगों को लग सकता है कि माइक्रोसॉफ्ट तो इस डोमेन का बादशाह है.... भला यह Zoho उसे क्यों चुनौती दे रहा है.

IT industry की यही रीत है.. यहाँ कोई नया player आता है, चुनौती देता है और market लें जाता है.

माइक्रोसॉफ्ट जब नया था... उस���े भी MS DOS बनाया... तत्कालीन Operating Systems बनाने वाली कंपनियों को चुनौती दी.. उस समय IBM का DOS प्रचलित था.... Unix भी था.... Macintosh था.... Apple DOS भी था..... लेकिन Microsoft ने सभी को पीछे छोड़ दिया.

शुरूआती Windows बहुत ज्यादा अच्छे नहीं थे.... लेकिन Utility के हिसाब से बेहतर साबित हुए... और यही कारण था कि एक नई कंपनी माइक्रोसॉफ्ट कुछ ही वर्षों में Operating Systems के 90% Market पर कब्ज़ा कर बैठी.

आज भी Microsoft का लैपटॉप डेस्कटॉप OS market में एकाधिकार है.

लेकिन यही Microsoft Mobile OS ���े मामले में कभी बढ़त नहीं ले पायी..... एक अनसुनी अनजानी सी कंपनी ने Android बनाया.. जिसे बाद में Google ने खरीद लिया.. और आज Smartphone OS का सबसे बड़ा खिलाडी Android ही है.... वहीं Windows इस market से कब का गायब हो चुका है.

बात इतनी सी है.... अच्छा product बनाओ.... Quality improve करो... Client Relationship अच्छी रखो... Customer Experience अच्छा दो..... और समय समय पर अपने Domain के बादशाहों को चुनौती भी देते रहो.

समय का कुछ नहीं पता... कब बदल जाए.

हमने ही Nokia, Blackberry जैसी कंपनियों को राजा बनते और फिर रंक बनते देखा है.

The Younger brother of CJI who is a politician,businessman, event organiser and farmer was able to increase his net worth more than 740% from 2009 to 2014 and 20% between 2014 to 2019.
His agricultural land holding is 1.57 hectare in Wagholi. His income as per his affidavit is 26 lakhs between 2014 and 2019 and value of immovable property increased by 40 lakhs. In this period he has given unsecured loans worh 62 lakhs also. Despite all this his worth increased to 76 lakhs.
He also claims that he has purchased his inherited property "A Flat in Worli for Rs 2,07,07,000 on 01 Jan 2014."

All add upto a clear cut gap of 74 lakhs, which is almost 300% of his known source of income from 2014 to 2019.
Will CJI take a suo moto notice of this possible case of corruption or only be busy in making his nephew a judge and making irresponsible comments?

इस पत्र की एक प्रति माननीय भारत के राष्ट्रपति @rashtrapatibhvn को भी भेजी गई है ताकि यह विषय राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर संज्ञान में लिया जाए। मेरी आशा है कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय और माननीय राष्ट्रपति इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेंगे और भारत में प्रत्येक धर्म की गरिमा को बनाए रखेंगे।
