The current Feminism Movement has been about anything besides feminism. The epidemic of domestic violence is rarely even mentioned, or just an afterthought. Motherhood is shamed and nobody seems to know what a woman is anymore. It's been recently defined as "not a man." ENOUGH!

Believe People when they tell you about their abuse. Don't question them. Question how you can help them? It's becoming more difficult for victims to come forward when the more common response isn't that of concern but of doubt. Let's do better!

It's very difficult as a victim or a survivor in coming to terms with #domesticabuse #DomesticViolence #rape #sexualassault #gaslighting #CoerciveControl. It's a lightbulb moment for many.
It's shock and horror that you've been hurt by someone you thought you loved.
What compounds this even further is when police, social workers and #FamilyCourt fail you and your children.
When they disbelieve you.
When they don't investigate.
When they don't report it and don't help.
You go to #FamilyCourt thinking the #Law will protect you. It doesn't.
The same with #CriminalCourt
The victim is subjected to shaming, their whole lives and trauma ripped to shreds while they are degraded.
That causes #trauma you will never forget.
You'll never forget the abuse but you'll never forget the treatment you were subjected to by supposed professionals who were meant to help protect you

@AndrewCicchett1 Do not share any accounts ever. This includes cellphone, bank, utilities, car insurance, etc. They will shut things off if they have the ability to. Mine saw my car somewhere and stole the license plates and stole my laundry from the laundromat when I went to get lunch!

@GovRonDeSantis We agree on all of this except capital punishment. There is no reason to go backwards as a society. Capital Punishment is barbaric and obsolete. It is also, and most importantly, morally wrong. Life in prison with no parole is still justice and more humane.

@KristanHawkins Prolife includes things like affordable Healthcare, childcare, living wages, affordable housing, etc that systemically lessen abortions. The politicians who claim to be prolife usually vote against such legislation. How do we get them on board to be prolife not just pro-birth?

@GovKathyHochul Bail Reform needs to be fixed. If the current bail reform laws were in effect a few years prior then I wouldn't be here. My ex would have gotten out too soon for our children and I to get away safely and secure an order of protection.
