If you look at the scratch marks on the metal ... you can guess how many people scratch with their coins on the metal, but maybe only used the wrong button
The green button couldn’t be more subtle. In a certain light it’s somehow guessable ... Moreover the positioning of the red (or metallic rose?) button lets people press this one, sometimes twice. At least there are only two options 🤔 #UXFail#ux#usability
@KevlinHenney@ScreaminHias To me that sounds more like Usability is the right thing to focus on. During usage we can measure effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. That might sound basic, but imho we can‘t improve UX without caring about usability #JustSaying
Step 1: Wait two hours.
Step 7: Have a conversation with your therapist.
Step 10: Streaking.
Step 13: Grape stomping.
Step 17: Sexy time.
Users only read directions as a last resort. If you're going to provide them, they should be clear as well as concise.
