Lancaster County’s commissioners announced improperly registered voters, including a non-citizen, on the voter rolls.

The non-citizen was registered to vote through PennDOT's Motor Voter Program.

In 2023, @GovernorShapiro implemented automatic voter registration (AVR) at Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) driver and photo license centers. At the time, he defended it by pointing to other states that already had it, including NJ.

In 2023, NJ already had illegal immigrants on the voter rolls.

In 2026, NJ admitted that they have at least 6,600 illegal immigrants on the voter rolls, with at least 400 having cast ballots.

Meanwhile, PA Secretary Al Schmidt discovered hundreds of non-citizens on the voter rolls in Philadelphia, with at least one illegal immigrant having cast a ballot.

Despite all of this, @GovernorShapiro insists that we have "the most free and fair elections," and refuses to allow an investigation to happen.
