A study by Dr. @Neil_Iyengar's team shows digital lifestyle interventions like @noom can help breast cancer survivors achieve weight loss and improve health outcomes. High engagement was key! Promising potential for scalable digital health tools in cancer survivorship care.

@TheCancerSutra Wow. This really hits hard. We need to do more to help people with cancer as they go through these terrible late night/early morning cycles of fear and dread.
It’s 5:52 am my time I can’t stop fixating on this lymph node and dull pain near it. It’s been scanned as benign twice in two months.
I’ve spent the last 3 hours tossing and turning and have even gone through the “how is this my life?” cycle.
This is also extremely mild in the scheme of cancer mental health duress.
I wish I had better solutions to stuff like this.
I am an advocate for cancer patient mental health and believe I have done a good job with my own, and this is just one version of an all-too-common night.
This post wasn’t planned, but it’s a great example of why I want to get Cancer Mental Health Awareness Month to be a thing.
I know I’m not alone in having nights like these.
This stuff is so hard some times, even though all things considered, I might have it kinda easy presently. I’m NED and still panicking 🙃
Thanks for reading.

Dairy causes inflammation. Cancer is a disease of inflammation. Extensive epidemiologic research has linked dairy consumption with increased incidence of #prostatecancer.

Thank you @ConquerCancerFd for the early support of our research program which has now grown and even extended into the @MSKCancerCenter Healthy Living Program.
The impact of the @ASCO foundation on patient care and science is incredible!
