@BenjaminDictor Mortgage, insurance, property tax, maintenance and damage . They’re not making as much as you think. Buy your own home and see how much you actually pay. Or rent it out just to see how much a landlord truly makes.
@JennDinKC I know a person that 250K I. Student loans. During Covid took advantage and still paid, they have paid over 3/4 of it and is very close to having it paid off. But they were also being responsible and paying their own debt.
@NYCMayor But you didn’t balance anything, you borrowed that money. You do realize it has to be paid back ? How short will you fall next year when you start paying on your loans ?
