I am so tired of customer support contact lines that are supported by automated systems and chats. It is extremely frustrating as a consumer. We are paying more than ever for our services and getting less and less for our hard-earned money. I'm with AT&T cellular. Are all the providers of cell phone service doing this? Are there any provider services out there that have real people you can talk to without holding on for a representative for ages? This is eating up my time when I could be doing something productive. No, I don't want a call back either!!
