@NameSouthern @atensnut I went for years with severe pain. I was diagnosed with MS, then Lupus then we don’t know. Bloodwork was not definitive. When I was 35 I was told it was Fibromyalgia. That was 25 years ago.
I have changed my diet, exercise and sleep. This plus meds have helped.
