CVS Lakeville is a UPS drop off. Since when is there a size limit? CVS Lakeville employee literally screamed at me saying she wouldn’t take my large item. Zero customer service. CVS do better!! Fire that rude employee!!! You lost my future business!!

A request to speak to a manager because the adjuster was HORRIBLE was denied by the adjuster. Adjuster retaliated by ignoring all calls and emails FOR OVER A MONTH!

@USAA horrible customer service from one of your adjusters! 39 year member here and the adjuster was very rude! USAA used to have the best customer service, it's sad to see such terrible employees at a great company.
