@2049XSTOCKS @SouthwestAir My daughter was delayed from DC to Chic stuck there overnight Xmas Eve b/c flight to Omaha cancelled, paid for hotel, put on a flight 2 days later!! She made her own flight arrangements on a diff airline at a different airport, lost luggage w/hang ups and no answers!
