About to start a new chapter in my lifestory - Life is made up of so many first time experiences - my goal is to ensure each is captured & played to its max.
@australian Do the right thing - apologise asap. If you have offended someone it’s simple you apologise. Set standards. The whole interview was disgusting abs showed incredibly poor judgement. He has lost the plot as far as I am concerned. Ego ego ego - v dirty word!!!!
@PeterCronau Peter , if you want the broad public to agree, comment etc on your views then make sure your article is available to ALL readers free of charge!!!
@Julian_Rosswag_ And what’s so great about that??? What about MMM of people that will be seriously disadvantaged- pretending & purporting everyone is a winner is just plain & utter rubbish. Life is about humanity and we need to remember this.
@SkyNewsAust Jim Chalmers should clean up his own mess & stop blaming others. His disrespect for the RBA is disgusting. Funny how he never had the same to say about the previous RBA governor who actually raised the rates not the current RBA board. Wonder why - perhaps the election in 2025???
@vanOnselenP Interest rates are not high - go back to 1977 & they were around 17%. Chalmers must shoulder his responsibility for rebates, tax breaks, infrastructure spend etc which fuel cost of living. He is v lucky our big exporters pay lots of taxes. Stop blaming & fix your own overspend.
@ProfFeynman This is one quote I intend to keep and read every day. I suggest all schools put it in every classroom - it is full of hope. Right now this is what young people need in bucket loads rather than all the media negative speak they are subjected to.
@australian No - it should not be taking sides & on social/political issues needs to take into account all viewpoints so as to respect all of its shareholders and customers. It does not have the right to spend shareholder money on such issues without reference to shareholders.
@AvidCommentator This has nothing to do with her ability to be the Governor of the RB. If she was a man I doubt this would have been reported. What matters is her credentials to be Governor & they are v impressive. Let’s see how she goes.
