Sharing this for reporters covering animal welfare. @brookejarvis @kbendernyc @smessenger

For 22 years I’ve been protecting horses where they are most vulnerable. On any given day @UnbridledTBF is home to 65 rescued horses, donkeys, and mules.

Over two decades we have built the largest living archive of real horse rescue stories in America — documented lives pulled from abuse, exploitation, neglect, and slaughter. Joyfull and her colt are the newest chapter.

@RepoleStable @jockeyclub One thing they don’t do? Respond to letters about their very horses they bred, raced, and bred again. Horses who land up in kill pens and need a lifeline — no response. Horses rescued by @UnbridledTBF who require sustained Sanctuary care — no response. No help.

[Susan Kayne @Susan_Kayne]

@thatpillowguy Hi Oleg @thatpillowguy — I’ve reached out to All About Vibe multiple times about a partnership and haven’t received a response. What’s the best way to get clarity on whether this is something you’re open to?

[Susan Kayne @Susan_Kayne]

Global Love & Joyfull arrived with nothing but courage. Today, they are safe. Come inside the Unbridled Sanctuary and meet them in this short walkabout. 🐴💛https://t.co/TMRhjnjd5K

@AnitaMotion Like KATOUNI who had been in your shed row at one point in her youth. When she needed a lifeline @UnbridledTBF rescued her from the slaughter pipeline.

[Susan Kayne @Susan_Kayne]

@SaraChristineG Imagine the agony when frostbite killed off this filly’s little ears as just a newborn. What kind of moron leaves a heavily bred mare to drop a foal in the dead of winter with zero protection? That’s not adorable—it’s straight neglect dressed up as a photo op. #CrueltyIsNotCute

[Susan Kayne @Susan_Kayne]

@MaggieWolfndale Meanwhile, former @RepoleStable TABITHA sits on a slaughter bound lot in Pennsylvania after being shuffled through the Unadilla auction on Travers Day. With all of his success, why isn’t he helping her to safety?

[Susan Kayne @Susan_Kayne]

@RepoleStable @raypaulick @PatCummingsNTA @NewVocations @TBaftercare Maybe @NewVocations can take some of that 50,000 and save your former mare TABITHA from getting her head chopped off in a slaughter plant. She was shuffled through the Unadilla auction and now on a slaughter bound lot in Pennsylvania.
