1. Take a serious review of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging policies you have. Are they just there as a checkmark? Are there accountability measures? Are they actionable. If not hire someone to get you there. DO NOT MAKE IT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR STAFF TO DO THAT WORK
