@IndiGo6E I had booked flight from Mumbai to Madurai, via Chennai, but we were given one hour later flight without informing us and since I had plans already I had booked 6 am flight from Madurai purposely instead of 7 am flight, I ended up paying more for flight which was less.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence absolutely pathetic experience of going to Airtel service center and using the app. It's Manage subscriptions doesn't work, the service center says cannot cancel plan. No wonder your corporate governance is zero, no one should buy Airtel
