@naomicfisher Our local secondary school has what they call the “Warm Welcome” - where they line pupils up at the start of the day and then shout at them for any uniform or equipment discrepancies. And they wonder why kids are anxious and there is low attendance 🤷‍♀️

@Theholisticpsyc This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what caused it. Friend had a massive emotional shutdown, went icy cold. He refused to speak with me or answer any questions. It was like there was this seething anger bubbling under the surface and it might explode at any time.
