Hi @OctopusEnergy we had new internet installed and now I can’t update my smart meter, nor can I access the website or app to give manual readings. My electric smart meter hasn’t worked properly since it was installed and I’m just over it now. Please can I have some help

@virginmedia Hi Virgin, was told by a customer service rep that I would receive my credit from overpayment back by yesterday and it has still not arrived. My service was disconnected back in May.

Hi @virginmedia. My service was disconnected on 30/5 but I am being charged for the billing period 05/6-04/7. Surely that doesn’t make any sense and I should be charged £0? Bill currently states £51

Resin bound vs porcelain tile patio. Don’t know what the best would be. Porcelain would need to be dug down into the garden whilst resin would just level off. Porcelain would take a week whilst resin 2 days. Anyone got either and can recommend?

Hi @UberUKI_Support ordered food from @slimchickens. Set to be collected between 19:17 and 19:27. Wasn’t collected until 20:07. Not delivered until 20:45. Food is stone cold (as expected when it’s been sat for an hour and a half). Your help bot didn’t “help” at all.
