My car hit by a car@Dhalai Bridge 31st Oct8.30pm.After violating the rule he said car belongs W.B Govt🚨.Could not report police as kid was alone,had to return asap.Concerned If a car belongs to W.B Govt, does it get this authority?

We are yet to receive any emails regarding rescheduling. Please have a look on this at the earliest. It's really frustrating to wait for more than 5 months and then get stranded like this that too when we have absolutely zero fault.
