@PoD_travelnews My daughter was waiting for 24 HOURS in a coach with school. She is now in France but what an absolute nightmare. Arrived at Dover at 6pm last night and got on a ferry at 6pm tonight.

My daughter is on one of those buses. She has been at Dover for 24 hours on a school ski trip. Coaches are taking 1 hour per coach to be cleared at border control as they have to check each passport and stamp it.

@THORPEPARK Hi there. My daughter was at Thorpe Park yesterday. She was on Swarm and the ride suddenly stopped and everyone had to be harnessed down from an extreme height. Do you know why this happened? Was it heat related? My daughter was the last one down but was fine. Thanks.

This week I finally got to meet more people I work with - and it was great! After months of Teams meetings I felt like I was getting to know everyone pretty well but to meet in person really is something extra.
