@saddleworth_sch very disappointed after only 2 weeks of term that the whole of year 9 now have to be off for 14 days. Blue Coat apparently are handling it differently, they are keeping the year off for 1 day so they can do a track and trace - can we not do this?

@ParentPay Hi I have been trying for 2 weeks to withdraw £455 for a refunded cancelled school trip and the system will not allow it. I have repeatedly been in touch with your customer services team but it's incredibly slow and I'm not getting anywhere with it. Please advise.
