Even 7 days after fixing the sewage line, the road at 3rd Main Rd, Hoysala Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar remains completely ruined and filled with debris. Garbage is piling up and workers are struggling. Please clear and repair this stretch immediately. @BBMPCOMM@BBMP_BBMP @BBMPSWMP
Just got a message from Mr. Salim a topper from his NIT, working in Bangalore with a ₹43.5 LPA package laid off last month. The company handed him just 3 months’ severance.
Last year alone, he paid ₹11.22 lakhs in income tax. In just 5 years, over ₹30 lakhs gone into the system, and in return, he got zero support. No safety net. No job security. No respect for his contribution.
Now jobless, thankfully without a home loan, he’s using his savings and severance to pay for his children's education, ₹1.95 lakh per child, per year. That’s where his "reward" is going.
Worse, he fell into depression. He said he felt like he was suddenly on the road, abandoned from every direction. The same government he paid lakhs to in taxes betrayed him the moment he needed it most.
He asked me to keep his identity anonymous, so I’m just sharing his initial, Mr. Salim.
This is what happens to genuine taxpayers in India. You pay. You comply. You contribute. And when you're in crisis, you're on your own.
This country desperately needs to change. Because right now, it's failing the very people who carry it forward.

I took an early morning bus to Mysuru, from Bengaluru. ₹210 fare. Comfortable KSRTC bus and a world class highway for fast travel.
But I got a few thoughts.
1) Nearly 30 of the 50 passengers were women. Just show Aadhar and travel free. Is this fair? Is it equality?
2) 20 men are paying for the entire bus. Is that fair?
3) Saw an old man struggling to find notes to pay, while a well off young woman on video call next to him, travels free. Is that fair?
4) If the state is having so much surplus income, why not make it free for these 20 men also? Universal free bus service like airport shuttle service.
5) All over the world, subsidy and welfare is given to those who can't afford. Here, we have women from two rich cities like Bengaluru and Mysuru, traveling free just because it is available. Is it sustainable?
6) Couldn't the same freebie money be used for garbage clearance, pothole fixing in cities, providing water to farmers?
Many more thoughts. But realized that we have entered the vicious cycle of freebies for votes. Tough to get out of it in the near future.
Lack of action by @CMofKarnataka@siddaramaiah@DKShivakumar@PriyankKharge on roads, drainage, traffic on ORR is leading to huge anger and is forcing many MNC’s to seriously consider expanding outside City.promises made by CM, DCM repeatedly not upheld, trust down. This is very serious.
CM/DCM should take urgent action to save city and jobs. Never seen this kind of anger and pain in last 20 years. Very sad at the misgovernance of city, false promises, lack of action. Sad day for all of us to have such a non performing, callous, indifferent govt which treats its own citizens so badly. @kiranshaw@kris_sg@rajeevgowda@rk_misra@lkatheeq@noorainee@RevathyAshok@BPACofficial
