1) S&C knew about FTX co-mingling customer assets
2) S&C sold FTX assets in bankruptcy for low amounts
3) S&C may have violated ethical duties of confidentiality, by duping Bankman-Fried into giving control of FTX to Ray
4) S&C conflicts reduced recoveries for FTX victims but enriched S&C
