For 80 years, every American President since Truman and Eisenhower has stood up to Soviet/Russian aggression until now. The bullying of an embattled Zelenskyy today was disgraceful and has shamed our country.
I cannot fathom the feeling of the women who came forward about their sexual assault at the hands of Trump. Seeing millions of people vote for their abuser.
My heart absolutely breaks for these women. I believe you, and I am so sorry.
U.S. Ambassador to Russia Lynne Tracy, German Ambassador Alexander Graf Lambsdorff, and French Ambassador Pierre Levy have arrived at the church for Alexey Navalny’s funeral.

“I have to go back.” Speaking just before he returned to Russia, Navalny told me: “I don’t think that I can have such a privilege of being safe in Russia, but I have to go back, because I don’t want this group of killers [to] exist in Russia. I don’t want Putin ruling Russia.”
This photo represents what Russia COULD have been. Boris Nemtsov and Alexei Navalny were genuine Russian patriots who fought for democracy and against corruption. Nemtsov was killed just steps from the Kremlin. Navalny died a slower death after bravely returning to Moscow.
Politkovskaya, Litvinenko, Magnitsky, Nemtsov, Navalny are only some of the most well-known names on the long list of critics killed by Putin.
There was outrage after each murder, but Putin eventually got away with it, and world leaders shook his hand again. This encouraged him to continue killing people.
Today, some voices continue to call for Putin to be heard and negotiated with. It is time to end the naiveté. Before any meaningful engagement with Moscow can begin, Russia must be defeated in Ukraine and Putin must finally learn a lesson.
I have no doubt that Alexei #Navalny was purposefully killed by the Putin regime. In #Belarus right now, dozens of political prisoners are held incommunicado by a regime that is allied with Putin. I call on the global community to take decisive action to save their lives.
CL
The nights before Christmas are the longest of the year. However, the day has already begun to lengthen and the light has begun to prevail. The light grows stronger. Day by day and step by step, the darkness retreats.
Darkness will eventually lose. Evil will be defeated.
Today, this is our common goal, our common wish, and what we pray for.
For our freedom. For our victory. For our Ukraine.
Christ is Born! Glorify Him!
Dear Friends,
May this Christmas bring you peace & joy as you gather with your loved ones.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all who have shown solidarity with Belarusians over the past year.
Thank you for sharing our hope & supporting our efforts towards a better future!
