@UPRERAofficial Not agreed with this. None of the resident of Vasundhara Grand is satisfied with builder and haven’t received any support from RERA.
Please take feedback from residents of Vasundhara Grand.
I am one of them. Already filed case with Rera but not resolved in 1.5 years.

@Bajajauto I had purchased Bajaj Avenger 220 from your showroom - Shiva Bajaj, Sahibabad. Within 3 months, wires of both tyre got loose & showroom refused to take it under guarantee.

The builder had backed out to pay back the interest on the Loans.
He even backed out to bear the penalty due to delay in possession.
