@AmazonHelp It’s been a month and a half since this all started, now they say there is no possibility to do an exchange they will have to pick up the product and give us the money back, which we have been trying to schedule for the past three weeks and everyday it gets magically cancelled.

@AmazonHelp I ordered a dining table order number #171-1684009-4119532 that took one month to reach my home, the assembly appointment took three weeks to be scheduled , and when the guy was assembling it realized the product was damaged. He asked for the exchange of the product and so did we
