@GardenersDream I recently ordered bare root strawberries. Unfortunately once planted very few have actually taken. They were planted within 2 days of receiving them. I have emailed about this but had no reply. Very disappointed!!

@Tesco hi total lack of communication. Our local Tesco express has a notice on the door to say it is now closed until 17 March for a refit. Lots of people are arriving to find the store closed as no notice was given for the temporary closure. Not very good customer service. MK4

@Yah_Reed @Avon_UK They don’t seem to know what customer service is. No apology for sending out an item that had one colour on the box but the item inside was a totally different colour. I received a refund as they can’t be bothered to send a replacement. If I order a new one I’ll have to pay p&p
