Every NHL team in the 70s had at least one guy who looked like a 56-year-old two-term senator. Nothing like the rush of scoring a couple of goals after successfully filibustering some legislation.
Workplace bullies are often perceived as cowardly individuals who resort to intimidation and harassment rather than engaging in constructive communication. Their choice to bully reflects a lack of maturity and an unwillingness to participate in meaningful dialogue & perspectives.
