PEI 2001 — Still One of the Hardest Clips to Dismiss

Twenty-five years later this short clip from Prince Edward Island still refuses to die. 👀

In June 2001, Nathan and Noah Wiley were filming a homemade chase scene. Their friend runs out of the woods on cue. A moment later a large, dark, heavily built figure bursts from the tree line, crosses the clearing in a powerful gait, and disappears into the opposite woods. The sequence lasts maybe ten to fifteen seconds.

The strongest objections from the last time I posted this are fair and worth stating clearly.

PEI is a relatively small, populated island with limited deep wilderness. There are no established large predator populations that would make a breeding group of Sasquatch easy to explain. Getting there would require swimming significant distances. That geographic problem is real and has never been adequately answered. The filming context also raises legitimate staging concerns — they were already shooting a chase scene, there are verbal cues that sound like direction, and the path of the figure can look convenient for someone in a suit to exit the frame. Low resolution from 2001 does not help.

What continues to hold my attention is the movement itself. The figure starts lower, almost bounding or knuckle-walking, then rises into an upright run without the stiffness or mechanical bounce typical of a person in a costume. The arm swing, weight transfer, and speed across the ground still look more like a large primate than a man trying not to trip in tall grass. The body proportions — long arms, broad torso, uniform dark covering — also line up with many classic reports.

The cameraman’s reaction is another detail that doesn’t feel fully explained by a simple prank. He does not freeze or perform a theatrical “what is that?” Instead he moves forward, trying to get a better look. A few people last time said that reaction made the clip more believable. Others still saw it as staged. Both readings are possible.

I still lean slightly toward this being something real rather than a deliberate hoax, mainly because of the gait and the timing of the reaction. But the island problem and the homemade-movie setup keep me from treating it as strong evidence. It remains an interesting, unresolved piece of footage.

This is interesting given your lack of measurable talent or experience in this business.

Burisma Holdings is the Ukrainian natural gas producer that put you on their Board of Directors in April 2014 - again despite your lack of talent or experience - while your father oversaw U.S. Ukraine policy as Vice President.

You earned approximately $1 million per year ($83,333 per month) but that was reduced to roughly $500,000 per year starting March 2017 when your father was no longer in office.

You served until April 2019 - which is surprising despite your lack of talent or experience - but it was a good gig while you had it.

You and your associates (including partner Devon Archer) earned approximately $6.5 million for being your father's son.

Not too bad for not having any experience in the energy sector or any discernible talent in deal making.

But lets not forget your work with the Chinese.

You worked for CEFC China Energy, the Chinese oil and gas conglomerate with reported CCP and military intelligence ties from 2017–2018.

CEFC and related entities paid approximately $4.8 million to companies controlled by you and your Uncle.

Your total work for for CEFC and related Chinese energy entities to the Biden family/associates was over $8 million.

These figures come from bank records, IRS search warrant applications, congressional memos, court documents, and contemporaneous reporting.

(We will leave out your work with Kahzhakstan and other questionable enterprises.)

And what is surprising to all of us is that after earning nearly $20 million working for foreign owned oil and gas companies when you post stupid things like this it is clear that after 10 years and $20 million dollars.

YOU STILL DON"T UNDERSTAND THE OIL AND GAS BUSINESS.

Will Roberts, the Alabama boy who was fighting cancer, has died.

Will entered the gates of Heaven after taking his final breath at 1245 am central time.

“Me, Jason, Charlie, granny, and my dad gathered around his bed and loved on him until the doctors could get everything together to prepare and remove the oxygen and increase sedation. Once that time came, me and Jason were the only ones with him when he took his last breath,” his mother said.

“Our story with Will didn't end today. It simply changed chapters. We will spend the rest of our lives making sure the world knows who Will was, what God did through Will's life, and how one fifteen-year-old changed more lives than most people ever will.”

What an inspiration this boy was. We will miss you, Will.
