I put out game cameras to see if we could find out all the yard destroying culprits. So along with the relocated 3 squirrels and 4 possums and the 2 skunks I shot we have had visits from an armadillo, 2 raccoons and of course our resident Turkey.

Yesterday I startled a big feral cat in our backyard. Lying sprawled I thought it was dead from our vole kill stuff.  Nope alive   Jumped.  I jumped.  And yesterday 3 coyotes ran from our yard way after sun up 8:30ish.

I’ve also spent a good deal of time trying miscellaneous keys that have accumulated

I just had to use my stun gun to warn off a dog. Snapping and growling and running at me with a little grandma saying oh I’m so sorry but also no leash. I think that I would have been bitten if not for my gun. Dog was a corgi mix but body was definitely taller and bigger.  😒

Something that I’ve noticed.

If you need to put up signage on the highway warning motorists that hitchhikers in the area might be escaped convicts…Maybe pour money into a better fence and better locks rather than signage. 🤯

I wish that I had a picture of Paige putting on swim goggles to get the biscuits out of the oven. We opened windows doors and the alarms went off. It was insane. But biscuits were fine!

We had an exciting evening. I made biscuits like I have done many times here. The only thing different was I used Trader Joe’s butter. holy moly the butter started a fire in her oven. Smoke billowed and was choking us!!
