@nxcare service 404 from London Heathrow to WSM on Sun 23 Oct, supposed to leave at 2340, left after 2am on Monday 24 Oct!Tried to fix a broken coach then 2 & a half hrs later you decided it was ok to replace it! Replacement coach did not have a working toilet! Vert disappointed.
