Stanford’s South Asia Champion is from India 🇮🇳 and a Proud Dexter 🧢!
Pragyaan won the South Asia Finals of @Stanford’s Global Sustainability Challenge at @IITBombay this afternoon. As the winner from South Asia, he will now compete in the Global Finals in Germany in April 2026.
Pragyaan is a DexSchool ‘24 graduate and Dexterity’s National Scholar Development Program (NSDP) fellow. #ThisIsDexterity
President of Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad, Swami Bodhamayananda Ji, was in the National Capital this week for a series of public lectures. In a rarest of rare moment, Swami ji visited #DexterityHouse in New Delhi and spent time interacting with Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity.
In his deeply powerful discourse, Swami ji encouraged Dexters to remain steadfast in their commitment to “Love India and Build India.”
For the last 18 years, as a grassroots social worker, the Dexterity Founder has shaped thousands of Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity who’ve earned hundreds of crores in scholarships.
In another role as the Guest Expert on India’s most-watched television show, over the last six years, the Dexterity Founder has helped contestants from every corner of the country win crores on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), including the first Gen Z Crorepati in television history.
Tonight, Sharad Vivek Sagar (@sharadsagar) returns to Kaun Banega Crorepati with Shri Amitabh Bachchan (@SrBachchan), once again.
True to their Dexterity training, several Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity serve in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and the National Service Scheme (NSS). August was truly special for Deep Shikha, proud DexSchool Class of ‘22 Graduate.
As a trained Air Wing Cadet, in August, Deep Shikha flew her first aircraft Zenith STOL CH-701, participated in the Independence Day Parade at the Red Fort and shook hands with the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. The Dexterity to College fellow from Sasaram in Bihar is a student of Sanskrit at the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College in New Delhi. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
Six years ago, I first appeared on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) as the youngest Guest Expert. Since then, Swami Vivekananda has always been with me in the frame, on my desk at @DexterityGlobal or on the wall at @Harvard University. Few years ago, I expressed a wish that one day the life, work and message of Swamiji be celebrated on the iconic show.
This September, I was deeply moved when the KBC team reached out seeking authentic audio, video and photographs to commemorate Swamiji’s historic Chicago Address. Sharing that no official audio or video of the Chicago address exists, I connected them to @AdvaitaAshrama, the principal publication centre of the Ramakrishna Order, for the official photographs from the archives.
On September 11, Shri Amitabh Bachchan Ji (@SrBachchan) spoke with pride and reverence about Swamiji’s historic Chicago Address and images from Advaita Ashrama’s archives were up on the nation’s most watched show. It was heartening to witness this. I share the video here with deep gratitude to KBC, to Advaita Ashrama, to the monks of the Ramakrishna Order (@RKMBelurMath) and to all who continue to carry Swamiji’s light forward.
In the last 18 years, Dexters have launched over 1,000 independent projects and leadership initiatives. Shasmika (16) and Lipika (13), two sisters who’re both proud DexSchool graduates, started their podcast “Decoded Bharat” to explore India’s ancient temples, traditions and timeless practices.
In June 2025, their podcast was ranked among the top 320 student podcasts worldwide by The New York Times. Shasmika, the elder sister, is also a fellow in Dexterity’s National Scholar Development Program (NSDP).
Printed at @Columbia University in New York, this is the world’s first 3D printed Dexter cap.
Before returning to Columbia this week, Abhishek came to Sangathan Karyalaya (the Dexterity HQ) in Patna to present “the hard hat” to the organization. From making robots dance to Hindi music to 3D printing his own Dexter cap, Abhishek has been having some fun at Columbia Engineering.
Proud DexSchool Class of 2017 Graduate and #DexterityToCollege fellow, Abhishek came into the Dexterity system in his early teens. Last year, he was one of 35 Dexters hosted at the @WhiteHouse.
With his Proud Dexter badge pinned onto his shirt, as Arjun arrived at @TheHellerSchool in Boston, one of the world’s top graduate schools for policy and management, he was pleasantly surprised to find that his Orientation Speaker was a fellow Dexter.
Bipasha (DexSchool ‘19) is from Jharkhand. She is a Lurie Fellow at Heller and serves on the student government. Arjun (DexSchool ‘22) is from Bihar and just arrived at Heller on a scholarship created in honor of the @DalaiLama. Both are #DexterityToCollege fellows.
Every Graduate and Fellow of Dexterity carries two things: a world-class education and a lifelong duty to India.
For us at Dexterity,
Nation Building = Deep Domain Expertise + Selfless Servant Leadership
India’s century will be built on the back of its next generation of scholars and leaders.
Happy Independence Day, Bharat! 🇮🇳
Proud DexSchool graduate from a government school in Bagnan, West Bengal has won @NASA’s Astrophoto Challenge. Swapnasish (DexSchool ‘25), who captured this stunning image of outer space using data from the James Webb, Chandra X-ray and Hubble space telescopes, interestingly took his first flight in life for DexSchool residential training.
Dexters participate in at least two global competitions every month. Powered by their rigorous semi-monastic, semi-military training, Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity have won thousands of world-class competitions, making India proud. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
I was born very, very far from the platforms and places and competitions and institutions I made commonplace for myself and thousands of others. My mother had never seen the roads that led to these but she paved the path for me. When life felt unfair, she didn’t let me complain or reach out for favours. She taught me to trust the process, pour my heart into the work and build something lasting from nothing.
I was just a schoolboy when she left this world sixteen years ago but she’s walked with me ever since.
In a tremendously inspiring and insightful address, Vidhya Ganesan, the Managing Partner of @McKinsey encouraged Dexters to fearlessly pursue their dreams and touch the lives of people at scale.
Addressing over 200 Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity at the official induction of #DexSchool Class of 2025 into the community, the McKinsey leader shared 8 stories and 1 poem, blending the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita with deep technical insights from her decades long leadership journey - from technology and digital transformation to financial inclusion and public policy.
Three DexSchool graduates were hosted at the @MercedesBenz Headquarters in Germany.
Shreya from Bihar (DexSchool ‘22), Pranavi from Telangana (DexSchool ‘23) and Pragyaan from New Delhi (DexSchool ‘24) received the rare opportunity to tour the historic Mercedes-Benz Museum and interact with senior leaders as one of 130 beVisioneers (Mercedes-Benz fellows) selected from across the world.
For their impact initiatives, Pragyaan was awarded a ₹20,00,000 Pioneer Grant and Shreya received a ₹3,00,000 Catalyst Grant; both were youngest recipients in their category. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
Pleased to deliver the Graduating Address at the graduation ceremony of Dexterity School of Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
Heartily congratulate the class of 2025 and wish them a bright future. Encouraged them to dream and achieve big. Confident that these young leaders will distinguish themselves as trailblazers and contribute to national progress.
Before the tradition of presenting the Dexterity Jacket to the Graduation Speaker, DexSchool Class of 2025 paid a heartfelt tribute.
On behalf of the Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity, they presented a hand-drawn sketch honoring the life, work, and legacy of Dr. Debendra Pradhan ji to India’s Education Minister (@EduMinOfIndia) Shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji (@DPradhanBJP) as a tribute to his late father and a gesture of respect for a family that has served the nation.
On behalf of Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity, we thank you, Hon’ble Minister @DPradhanBJP Sir, for your inspiring words and powerful presence.
DexSchool Class of 2025 will carry your invaluable lessons with them as they rise to serve, with character, commitment, and a lifelong dedication to nation-building. 🇮🇳 🧢
We're thrilled to share that the Honourable Education Minister of India Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Ji (@DPradhanBJP) delivered the 2025 Graduation Address at Dexterity School of Leadership and Entrepreneurship (DexSchool) tonight.
In an extremely inspiring and illuminating address, the Hon’ble @EduMinOfIndia said, "DexSchool is not just a (leadership) school - it is a process, it is discipline, it is a sentiment, towards creating a common aim - a collective aim - of nation building. That is this mission.”
DexSchool Class of 2013 graduate and decade-long Dexterity full-timer and Chief of Staff, Swaraj Priyadarshi, graduated from Harvard University this week, receiving the university’s prestigious Intellectual Contribution Award. Swaraj was also chosen the student speaker for the Reception for Graduating International Students.
On the night of his @Harvard graduation, Swaraj boarded his flight back to India and reported straight to New Delhi, just in time for the final week of residential training for DexSchool Class of 2025, which begins today. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
We're proud to share that DexSchool Class of 2019 graduate Khushi Chindaliya was chosen as the 2025 Baccalaureate Speaker at Babson College, ranked #2 in the United States.
Four years ago, Khushi arrived at @Babson as the only Indian student on a full scholarship of Rs. 3 crores. At Babson, she was elected President of the Student Government, named Best Undergraduate Scholar, Best Student Leader and received Babson's Award for Overall Excellence, along with several Graduation Honours.
Khushi graduated on May 17, 2025 and, much like the Dexterity Founder and many Dexters before her, returned to India the very same night. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
"Do you believe in miracles?" At the 1980 @Olympics, a team of college kids from USA, at the peak of the Cold War, stunned the world by defeating the four-time world champion USSR on their way to Olympic Ice Hockey Gold. The movie 'Miracle on Ice' is a core part of our leadership training at @DexterityGlobal.
On March 30, I had the greatest honour of meeting the captain of that legendary team, Mike Eruzione, over lunch in Boston, alongside my @Harvard Head Coach, Ted Donato. A moment I’ll never forget and will always be grateful for!
