After days of the #ActuallyAutistic community sharing grave concerns, recruitment has been paused while they "co-design and conduct a meaningful consultation with autistic people and their families"

The idea that #StopSpectrum10K comes from some uninformed, frightened autistic people (not that such fear should be ignored, either) is a lie.

Autistic professionals, scientists and researchers, autistics with PhDs in relevant areas, are all also expressing concern.
