Ian’s training last weekend was long run of 28 miles between Scarborough and Robin Hoods Bay, mostly along the Cinder Track leaving Scarborough at 9am, stopped for food & pot of tea at Robin Hoods Bay, a cream scone at Ravenscar arriving back for 5pm, all in a days work!
Ian is continuing his training in the lead up to his mammoth run to raise money for the Bandroom roof with a long run of 28 miles on 20th April the big day is on 5th May. Its not too late to sponsor Ian for the Swinton Band Roof Repair Funds.
