Unfortunately, https://t.co/To0pXEzOAw, which claims to have a mission to be very proactive and to help hosts, is not complying with this and is causing a major disruption to our property management business.
We have been hosts on https://t.co/To0pXEzOAw for 13 years, currently with 40 listings on the platform, generating thousands in commission for them, yet they are showing behaviour that suggests they care very little about some serious ongoing issues caused by their lack of action.
We have tried to upload new listings for properties we started managing several months ago, but for months they have refused to make these listings bookable, without any further explanation. Despite contacting their support team for months and receiving only standard automated replies, they have not been able to resolve the issue, which is surprising given their own interest in having more listings on their platform.
