Thank you Ambassador Massinga for your persistent efforts to nudge people into reason and peaceful engagement. It was also commendable on your part to reach out to a cross section of Tigray political as well as civil society groups and community leaders in Tigray. Coddling a cabal hellbent on a clueless game of brinkmanship ostensibly to squeeze concession from the federal government and the international community-all while holding the entire population a hostage-cannot bear results. That you were not allowed to see General Tadesse in person is typical of a cabal that turns every diplomatic gesture into hostage negotiation. No surprise there.
So if as Egypt and Eritrea say only littoral states have anything to say about Red Sea, then logically only nations which put water into the Nile, can determine its use.

"So if as Egypt and Eritrea say only littoral states have anything to say about Red Sea, then logically only nations which put water into the Nile, can determine its use," Ambassador Tibor Nagy, a seasoned American diplomat and former #US Ambassador to #Ethiopia said. 🇪🇹 🇺🇸
The problem with Egypt’s diplomacy, such as it is, is it insists on bending history, science, engineering and geography over backwards to serve its mostly apocryphal claims of ‘historic rights’!
@reda_getachew Getish,
How the heck did you tolerate their የ ጥፍራራሞች shenanigans bro,
Oh My God 🙆🏻♂️ I am glad you got out of ማሕበር imbeciles. You did a great favor to yourself, your family & for the people of #Tigray for leaving them behind…now ምድረጥፍራም የ #ሻዕቢያ ጀሌሁላ
