@BenefitsCal is there a way to get in touch with case worker without requiring a miracle? Parents out of country, trying to get in touch with their case worker for renewal information for the last week, always goes directly to VM.
@Rivian - Jose from SC San Jose absolutely delivered by wrapping up the alignment on the same day and has arranged a drop off tonight. This is just unexpected and showcases customer experience like nothing else can!
Peak @Rivian service experience is waiting 3 weeks for an alignment appointment and then being told what is normally a 2-3 hour experience is a 3 day drop off. Thank god the actual ownership experience is able to transcend the SC experiences.
@RegalMovies what’s with the 10 minutes of advertisements before switching to trailers?. Now it’s almost 25 mins past the published start time before the movie starts. It’s not like popcorn prices have gone down to make up for this crap.
@NETGEAR Subscription management should not require that I use your app and login to your router. This is archaic, why even have an online account management portal?
@NETGEAR maybe have an easier experience for people who want to cancel armor subscription and do not have the device anymore. Feels like genie needs to burn a wish to make this happen, that is not really a good user experience story. #orbiappfail
