We booked through them and arrived at an apartment in REYKAVIK to find there was no key to enter.
We messaged through the app no response and tried the phone number no answer from the host
Left stranded at 10.30pm in the cold.

We had contacted https://t.co/e4MvNNZcaD directly through their app and where told customer service would be in touch within 24 hours. After 48 hours we still had not recieved anything from either party.
I’d like a refund for the stay but they say they have no responsibility

@bookingcom the best & worst experience at the weekend in Iceland.
The accommodation we arrived at followed instructions to get the key from a lock box but the was no key.
Messages not replied to by the owner the phone number didn’t connect.
Ended up having to book another hotel

@WalesOnline My kids don’t like dogs..never have..never will but the amount of people let them run up to them in the park and just shout it’s alright he’s friendly drives me wild because they get really upset. Hope this little man recovers well from this 🙏
