Australia’s Defence Minister Richard Marles has been forced by the Federal Court to provide access to lists of documents related to Australian arms exports to Israel.

They detail the export of F-35 components, metals from Bisalloy Steel, and various other exports affected by Defence decisions not to revoke export permissions to genocidal Israel.

This is a consequence of a two-year legal fight brought by Al-Haq, human rights group, the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, and Al Mezan Center for Human Rights.

These three groups are being represented by the Australian Centre for International Justice, and barristers from the Victorian Bar and the NSW Bar.
