The J&K Government has outsourced a staggering 22,454 jobs to over 200 private companies across various government departments.

Among these, 6,518 positions have been outsourced in the Health & Medical Education Department alone, including posts such as Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Junior Assistants.

While thousands of educated and unemployed youth continue to wait for regular recruitment, government departments are increasingly relying on outsourcing. This trend raises serious concerns about job security, transparency, and the future of employment opportunities for J&K's educated youth, who are bearing the brunt of prolonged unemployment despite possessing the required qualifications.

We urge the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and all stakeholders to address this issue and prioritize fair, transparent, and regular recruitment for deserving candidates.

1.Maradona campaigned against drugs
2.Pele stood for the rights of the children &
3.Platini against corruption .

Time passed by : 1.Maradona became a drug addict.
2.Pele refused to accept his biological daughter Sandra Regina Arantes, who was born as the result of his affair with a housemaid (in 1964). Arantes filed a lawsuit against Pele. She won the case with DNA tests results and later wrote a book, "The Daughter the King Did Not Want", that described her mother’s affair.

3.Platini was banned from football administration for corruption.
