Could this be investigated as a matter of urgency, with a temporary solution implemented in the meantime.

Today marks 1 year since the passing of my beloved mother رحمها الله تعالى

Even now, the heart and mind struggle to fathom the loss. I still find myself thinking she’s just a phone call away or waiting on the other side of the door when I walk in home.

Myself nor my family celebrate birthdays, however each year my mother would always bake a simple cake to have with a cup of tea or cook something special. I very much missed that warm feeling it...
