2/2 The bug was apparently due to changing insurance providers. Called again recently and now they say their new policy requires signing up in the FIRST 60 days and they can't help me. Asked for a supervisor, promised a call back that never happened. #CustomerServiceFail

1/2 Just had the worst experience with @Samsung. Bought a #GalaxyS22Plus last year and tried to add Care+ within the first week. They said I had to wait until after 60 days but before 365 days. After waiting, I called 4 times but was told there was a bug preventing sign-up

Natural to have some push-back against the AI revolution. I'm glad this discussion is on the table though, especially with signatures from people like Yuval Noah Harari, Steve Wozniak, Max Tegmark, and Elon Musk. Hope it's not a ploy simply for others to catch up.
