@TUIUK Your complete lack of empathy again , I have booked a holiday for chrsitmas for my family due to a bereavement ( which I can prove ) and no one wants to help me . 5 weeks to go and we have NO HOLIDAY

[Julie symington @SymingtonJulie]

@TUIUK My holiday has been cancelled by email - 19December to Jamaica 🇯🇲 no alternative given… this is for Christmas - got nothing by way of customer service & have been searching for an alternative myself as your staff have zero empathy or any clue how to remedy this

[Julie symington @SymingtonJulie]

@TUIUK I have been told sorry many times , do you not have an operations department any more that actually finds an alternative and secures the the seats on a different aircraft / date ? To find my own is a disgrace . This is a Christmas holiday for 12 of us ruined . We have no holiday

@salt_play I have a spare for Friday if anyone needs it 🎭 (sold out show ) 🇬🇧🎭🇬🇧🎭
